[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Bug#815142: restarting the process kills snmpd on the container

I've found this bug during debugging our behavior:
If the snmpd process gets restarted on the lxc host system, the process on
the lxc container gets killed too:
Received TERM or STOP signal...  shutting down...

even worse: we can't start the process again without any error message.

The above mention patch fixes it. Please apply it to the packages.. :)
