net-snmp 5.8 won't ship with the python modules[1]. They're old and bad and
there are much better alternatives.

The upload of net-snmp 5.8 is delayed due to problems with the snmpd daemon
starting[2], its an upstream bug but I'm hoping to solve it soon.
