I have filed a bug against Ubuntu to add support for (D)TLS in the net-snmp
package, but they have asked me to file a bug in Debian first, I don't
have access
to the Debian system, so just sending an e-mail. (not sure

Default config of net-snmp already enable openSSL, so, it is just a
matter of adding
DTLS options to it for the latest version of 5.8 (5.7.3 version needs
a few patches).
