Hi!

There are references to a helper tool called net-snmp-cert in
snmpcmd(1) and snmpd.conf(5), but that tool is not shipped anywhere.

Please either ship the tool somewhere, or remove the references from
the man pages, as that will lead users to look for something that is
not there. :)
