The dependency was re-added because of snmptrapd (bug #886221), so can't the 
dependency to MySQL not be added to that package?
Or introducing a libsnmp-mysql package?

I have pretty much zero knowledge about this package or its packaging, so if 
this is nonsense, feel free to disregard it.
