[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Feature for snmpd package

Hi Paulette,
  I changed it to /etc/snmp/snmpd.config.d but it is the same idea.
The reason for the name change is that there are all sorts of programs that
use this directory, so which would uses config.d?
snmpd.config.d makes it clear who it is for.
