[Pkg-netatalk-devel] Bug#973834: netatalk FTCBFS: fails detecting mysql

netatalk fails to cross build from source, because it fails detecting
mysql libraries using mysql_config. During cross compilation,
mysql_config does not work. Please use pkg-config instead. I'm attaching
a patch that makes netatalk consult pkg-config before mysql_config.
Please consider applying it. Once done, netatalk fails like #973120.
