Releasing a package officially to Debian is permitted only by official
Debian developers, and how this is ensured can be quite confusing: The
upload folder is World writable, but packages are then checked if they
are signed by a known good OpenPGP key - and if not then the uploaded
package is silently dropped. Silently because an unstrusted package
also has an untrusted identifier so it is unreliable to report to the
uploader (similar to "backscatter" in email context).

I have now fetched your changes, added a few minor changes (mainly
updated timestamps in DEP-3 patch headers), and am preparing to release
it.

(I have begun in university now - super exciting but also consumes much
of my time - really great with all the work you are putting into the
netatalk package(s)!).
