Now building netatalk 3.1.17~ds-1.

Here's the exact command I used to import the new upstream source:

  gbp import-orig --upstream-vcs-tag=netatalk-3-1-17 --uscan

That command is hinted at debian/watch comments.

That command rely on upstream git being tracked - some hints on doing
that is in debian/gbp.conf comments.
