Hi netatalk maintainers!

netatalk is super useful for providing network Timemachine backups! But 
unfortunately it is not in bookworm and upon upgrading to bookworm it 
gets removed :(  But it is still possible to use a combination of 
bullseye and bookworm packages to get it work.

But I notice that it is currently available in trixie as well, would you 
be willing to provide a bookworm-backport?

Also related is #1071945 but maybe fixing that makes a backport more 
difficult?
