Good morning Pkg Netatalk Devel,
Two small things worth keeping nearby. When you send a summary to someone who owes you a reply, put the return instructions next to the summary — not in a separate thread or buried at the bottom. It saves the other side from hunting for the where and how. Here’s a three-step habit we keep:
Step 1
Write the reply address and deadline line immediately under the summary, in the same message.
Step 2
Add a short action line: “Reply here by Friday, or just say //received//.” Keep it to one sentence.
Step 3
Keep a copy of that line in your own notes, so you can follow up without re-reading the whole chain.
That’s it. The summary stays readable, and the reply path is visible without extra clicks. We will keep these short.
