Not sure which file you mean, but any file that can help clarify(!) the 
copyright and licensing information needed for Debian packaging would be 
helpful, yes.

In other words, if you mean the debian/copyright file which you grep'ed 
already in a previous post _and_ if that file contains no more details 
about licensing than already shared in your previous post, then no thank 
you - then it will not help to get the full file.

Examples of helpful additional information could be (references to or 
verbatim copies of) statements about licensing, issued by the copyright 
holders themselves.

Might also be helpful to get elaborate interpretation from anyone, based 
only on the actual available copyright and licensing statements of the 
netatalk source files, but that depends on the concrete reasonings made.
