[pkg-netfilter-team] Bug#871224: nftables: use https for link to nftables wiki

the nftables wiki uses https.  the manpage for nftables should link to
it using https, not http.  i have tried sending the patch to
netfilter at vger.kernel.org, but i don't see it making it through to
that mailing list yet and i can't subscribe to another mailing list
right now :/

Subject: [PATCH] man: use https for wiki link

https works for the wiki, and users should prefer it by default,
whether they are logging in (to protect their credentials) or whether
they're reading data (to protect the integrity of the content).
