Hi,

thanks for all the work you're doing for iptables/nftables in debian,
much appreciated.

when doing local backport of iptables 1.6.2-1 to stretch, i noticed that
it fails to build from source:

This doesn't happen when build-depending on debhelper 11 (leaving compat
unchanged at 10).
