[pkg-netfilter-team] Team updates

Hi folks,

Some team updates:

* I requested the alioth lists migration team to retain this list
pkg-netfilter-team at lists.alioth.debian.org. I couldn't find/think of a
better alternative than this list to have a single point of contact.
* We are moving all our netfilter packages to
https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-netfilter-team Please, migrate the repos
there and update VCS-* fields in the packages.
* In individual salsa repositories I've been disabling wikis,
pipelines and other stuff we don't use. Just to don't confuse
potential visitors.
* we have a Debian wiki page:
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/pkg-netfilter (feel free to update it)

Please, if anyone is struggling with package maintenance/development,
let us know so we can evaluate the situation and eventually pick up
the work.
