Hi,

thank you for maintaining nftables in Debian.

While creating a local backport of nftables 0.8.4, I saw that it
requires libnftnl >= 0.1.0 (rather than >= 0.9.0). It would be nice if
you could bump the versioned build-depends accordingly to ease backports.
