[pkg-netfilter-team] Access to netfilter-team on salsa

Hello,

Yesterday I asked for access to the salsa group, I was given Developer
access level instead of Maintainer, thus I cannot create the repos I
need. I'm trying to move pkg-libnetfilter-acct and pkg-nfacct to
salsa.

Could you please either give me enough access level to create new
repos or create them for me?
