Hi,

unfortunately I have to reject your package. Our hardworking trainees
found the following issues in your package:

 Many files say they are GPL-2 not GPL-2+.  Why do you think the whole
 project is GPL-2+?  Your reason for thinking this needs to be
 documented in d/copyright.

 Files matching lipipset/linux_*.h refers to the syscall note, which
 suggests that at least some of the project is definitely GPL-2 not
 GPL-2+.  Clarification needed.

 include/linux/jhash.h is not GPL-2+.

 kernel\include\linux\netfilter\ipset\ip_set_comment.h copyright holder
 not listed.

 After discovering these serious issues, I didn't check the source tree
 any further.  Please ensure everything is accounted for in
 d/copyright.
