[pkg-netfilter-team] Bug#946932: /usr/sbin/ebtables-nft-restore requires /etc/ethertypes

netbase sounds like a good fit to me.
Somehow it seems wasteful to have a binary package for such a tiny file:

Would this fit into the netbase package? If not, would you have another
suggestion?
