[pkg-netfilter-team] Request a new release for conntrack-tools

Hello,

There was a patch merged to master 1 month ago:

The intent of the submitter was to incorporate the patch into version
1.4.5-3 and release it to Debian Buster, since the bug solved by this
patch is present there (https://phabricator.vyos.net/T1538). But after
that the source was updated to 1.4.6, which won't make it to Buster if
I'm not mistaken.

Is it possible to release conntrack-tools with that patch applied in
Buster?
