I've created new pkg-netfilter-team repo's for libnetfilter-cthelper,
libnetfilter-cttimeout, and libnetfilter-log, and pushed updates to the
libnetfilter-conntrack and libnetfilter-queue ones.

A few of the changes, which move fields around in some d/control files,
may seem a bit arbitrary in isolation, but they help to make the files
more consistent with each other.
