Hi,

trying to rebuild nftables on sid, I ran into a failure:

Looking at https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=nftables, this
also happened on a few buildds.
In my case it happened for amd64. I suspect there was a recent change in
the xsltproc toolchain.
