Hello
As we're heading rapidly towards show time I'm sure you've got a bunch of questions about showing your car, hopefully this email will help answer those questions.
Firstly let's get your display pass sorted, you can find that here: https://retroridesweekender.com/retroparking/displaypass.jpg
This needs to be _printed out_ and in your windscreen at the event. This isn't a ticket, it is just ensures we guide you to the right spot.
Next up entry tickets. If you've not got your entry sorted yet, now is the time to do it: https://www.trybooking.com/uk/events/23012/sessions/119227/sections/47714/tickets - Tickets are per person, please note: prices rise on Monday 16th May to £20 for day tickets
Entry for cars for the show is from 8am on Saturday and Sunday and the show runs until 4:00-5pm each day.
On the day you'll arrive at the front gate, you'll have your pass on display as you arrive and we'll then point you in the right direction. Retro Parking is parked in the order people arrive, if you want to be together with friends (and you've not booked a club stand) then make sure you arrive together. If you are with a club on the Sunday, you'll have a different pass for Sunday, we'll be send those out soon.
Other than that we want people to have an enjoyable, relaxing time at the event. It is supposed to be a low stress event for everyone.
Finally a quick apology if you are waiting replies to an email, we've been overwhelmed by how popular the event is this year, we're only a very small team that put it together and we all have day jobs! We will get to them.
Additional questions are answered in our faq: https://retroridesweekender.com/faq.html which we will be adding to at the end of this week with some of the questions that have popped up this year.
See you next week
Retro Rides Weekender Team.
