Hi Chris,

This is clarified in the comment in debian/copyright, see the upstream
GitHub issue about contradictory things.

I guess actually these files should be removed to avoid futher confusion,
and replaced with the new files from upstream.

Do you think a repack would be a good idea here to replace those files?
