Dear Maintainer,

programm gives an error after install: 

ERROR: Runner TCP upload BE1 de.starlink.taht.net failed check: No netperf binary found in PATH.              

i suggest that the netperf package be bumped to hard dependency status (from suggestion) for all versions.
