[Pkg-netmeasure-discuss] Bring libtins back to Debian testing and upgrade to latest version?

Hello,

I'm writing to pkg-netmeasure-discuss as this mailing list is listed as
maintainer of libtins and there weren't any replies on the related bug
threads.

On 2023-08-24 libtins was removed from Debian testing. I guess because
of this bug report:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1037629

However the bug is fixed in the latest version of libtins. Can libtins
be added back to Debian testing and get upgraded to the latest version?

It would be good to have it not removed from Debian as open5gs depends
on it. Thanks!

Best regards,
