[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] HTTP digest plugin in nginx-full

Hello nginx maintainers,

I have a question. Is there a reason why the HTTP digest plugin is not
included in the nginx-full package? It is available at https://github.com/
atomx/nginx-http-auth-digest/blob/master/readme.rst .

Would you accept a patch to add it to the package?
