[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Nginx 1.15.0 and geoip2 module

Hello maintainers,

Nginx mainline 1.15.0 releases some days ago, you can update your
upstream when you have free time :D

BTW, the old geoip module will be deprecated on Jan 2, 2019
