[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Bug#929199: watch file has 1\.14\.\d+

Dear NGINX team,

The current nginx watch file has the version pattern "1\.14\.\d+".

I don't understand the reason behind "Keep NGINX at 1.14.xx".

That is why I propose this change
