[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Bug#942345: nginx-common: vim files

Dear Maintainer,

nginx-common provides vim's ftdetect, ftplugin, indent and syntax files.
But all of them are in the "addons" directory, that is for
vim-addon-manager.

Is there any debian recommendations how to provide vim files and why not
to put them directly into
/usr/share/vim/(ftdetect|ftplugin|indent|syntax)?

If putting them directly is wrong solution vim-addon-manager should
be added in to suggests or recommends.
