[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] nginx 1.18.0-1 upload?

Hi,

I prepared new version of nginx in git repository, list of changes follow.

I would like to upload it and maybe add myself as uploader because I'm
interested in long term maintaining of this package.

Any thoughts?
