[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Bug#983460: nginx-extras missing limit module

The description for the package stipulates "Limit Connections, Limit
Requests" is a standard module, yet it doesn't seem to be built with the
modules:

ngx_http_limit_conn_module
ngx_http_limit_req_module

Oddly nginx does not complain about unknown directive, but it's does not
function correctly and no module files exist for these modules in
"/usr/lib/nginx/modules".
