[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] NGINX 1.20 and onwards

Hello,

it seems that NGINX version 1.19.6 touched the upstream setup which
broke gnosek/nginx-upstream-fair[1]. I can see that it already
required quite some patching in the past and I've been wondering
whether it's still worth the effort -- especially if it's the blocker
for the 1.20.x release? If there already was a discussion on this
topic I apologise, but I couldn't find it -- any pointer in the right
direction would be very welcome.

Just my 5 cents: something that has not been updated by the upstream
for 9 years already should simply be dropped -- even if it may
introduce a breaking change for some of the users.

All the best,
Filip Chabik
