[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Patch: proxy_params_websockets

Dear maintainer,

I have attached a patch that adds the file proxy_params_websockets, which adds support for WebSocket-reverse-proxying on top of proxy_params. I’ve found that I’m adding this same snippet on my Debian web servers somewhat regularly, and I believe it would be useful to include for other users as well.

Please let me know if this list is not the right place to submit such a patch, or if I have made any errors while creating it.
