[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Current nginx version now marked as legacy on nginx homepage

Dear Debian 11 nginx maintainers,

I would like to add a package upgrade request for nginx in bullseye channel.
The current version 1.18 is marked as "legacy" version on nginx homepage https://nginx.org/en/download.html and the current stable version does contain many new features and important security/bug fixes. I'm a huge fan of having the option to use new techs like HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 QUIC, ...
And since most websites use nginx as webserver, proxy, or load balancer on top of their tech stack I think it's very important to offer them the current stable version (1.20) as of the big stability upgrades done in between. And version 1.18 is now 2 years old.

I hope you consider my request and thank you in advance

Kind regards
