[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Joining the nginx team as a sponsor

Hi,

I would like to join the nginx team to work alongside Thomas Ward as a sponsor of his uploads.
The nginx package needs some love and currently, there seems to be a lack of manpower to review contributions or work on 
the package. We have had three independent people uploading to mentors in the last couple of months, so there is 
interest and also work already done to bring the package up to date.
