In Unstable, src:luajit2 is being uploaded that supersedes src:luajit.  
This enables s390x support and fixes ppc64el build issues that were 
present in luajit.

To that end, I have reverted the commit that removes ppc64el support 
from libluajit and put that back in as an arch that is luajit 
supported.  I've also been informed by Paul Gevers that s390x builds 
likely will work with luajit instead of lua.  Testing this in a 
qemu-backed sbuild seems to support this theory, so I've enabled s390x 
in the archs that use luajit for the package.
