[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] nginx 1.22.1-2

Hello,
I am preparing a new version of nginx 1.22.1-2

important changes:
1. updated implicit dependencies of third-party modules for easier transition to third-party modules in separate packages.
2. nginx-dev provides dh-sequence-nginx

There are also other minor fixes, the entire changelog here:

Currently, this version is tested in experimental (1.22.1-2~exp2)
and all without a problems.
If no problem appears,
so I will upload to unstable on Wednesday 30.11. approx 18:00GMT
