[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] nginx 1.22.1-7 upload

Hello,
new version of nginx 1.22.1-7 is ready  and will be uploaded with ALL third-party modules to the unstable soon.

Main changes:
- nginx-abi-<VERSION> versioning
- switch to PCRE2
- upload 1.22.1-7 + all 3th party modules

Other changes:
- ALL d/copyright is now compatible with ''cme update dpkg-copyright''
- backported fix: lingering close for connections with pipeline requests.
