[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Question about package rebuild

Hi there,

few months ago I asked you about a possible Nginx module, namely
libngnx-mod-http-modsecurity.

Meanwhile I made the package and now it's part of Debian.

The module uses libngnx-mod-http-ndk, which now has a new version:

My question is that do I need to rebuild the package (or open an issue on
release.debian.org), because NDK has a new version?
