[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] nginx 1.24.0-1

Hi,

I am preparing a new version of nginx 1.24.0-1.
And I would like to upload it to unstable soon.

This will mean:
- ngin ABI change nginx-abi-1.24.0-1
- rebuild all modules

The experimental 1.24.0-1~exp1 version is already uploaded in experimental and
all 3th party modules too.
