[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Request for Update on libnginx-mod-http-dav-ext and Bug Fix Recommendation

I am writing to bring your attention to an issue with the libnginx-mod-http-dav-ext package, which appears to have been unmaintained for a considerable period. While using the module, I encountered a bug that has already been reported and discussed in the following GitHub pull request:

To address this issue, I would like to propose two possible solutions:
Directly apply the patch from the above pull request, which has already been reviewed by the community.
Alternatively, consider replacing the current source with the actively maintained fork available here:
https://github.com/mid1221213/nginx-dav-ext-module
Both approaches should resolve the bug and improve the reliability of the libnginx-mod-http-dav-ext package.
