[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Why libnginx-mod-http-js is not part of nginx transitions ?

Hello,

Any idea why libnginx-mod-http-js is not rebuilt along with nginx transitions ?
A missing build-dep, but it doesn't seem to be the case ?
