[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Some help for dh-nginx

Hi,

I've been working on enabling upstream tests for several libnginx-mod-*

Some tests in libnginx-mod-http-lua need to build fake nginx modules, see
https://salsa.debian.org/nginx-team/libnginx-mod-http-lua/-/tree/debian/latest/t/data

Can dh-nginx simplify the work of building those modules (without
installing them of course) ?
