Thanks for replying. I'm actually trying to install on a mixed<br>
wheezy/jessie armhf system, a WDMyCloud NAS. Today I re-compiled both<br>
1.10.2-2 and 1.11.8-1~exp1 from the deb-src on my dev system but this time<br>
I removed the "dav-ext dynamic module" patch:<br>

cd nginx_1.*/debian/;<br>
rm -rf ./patches/modules/nginx-dav-ex<wbr>t-module/ ./libnginx-mod-http-dav-ext.<br>
nginx;<br>
cd .. && dpkg-buildpackage -b;<br>

Using these re-compiled nginx-full package with the "dav-ext dynamic<br>
module" patch removed (both 1.10.2-2 and 1.11.8-1~exp1), I can use the<br>
dav_ext_methods directive without errors.<br>

I'm wondering if you could help to point out what causes this "unknown<br>
directive" issue on my system when the dav-ext is separated as a loaded<br>
module (load_module modules/ngx_http_dav_ext_modul<wbr>e.so;) because I have all<br>
the dependencies met.<br>

Could you please retry against 1.10.2-4? There are some changes there<br>
that might affect you.<br>
