[pkg-nvidia-devel] Bug#462429: SIGILL in libGLcore.so.1 from nvidia-glx 169.07-2 due to SSE instructions

hi,

i accidentally stumbled over this bug report and remembered an
environment variable, nvidia's libGL implementation accepts to disable
the use of processor extensions. it's documented
in /usr/share/doc/nvidia-glx/README.txt.gz, chapter 11D.
