[pkg-nvidia-devel] Bug#466139: nvidia-graphics-drivers needs to build-depend on bzip2

I can confirm this bug. I see that package build-essential is currently
unchanged between etch and lenny, so the need for build-depending on
bzip2 is independent of whether one wants to support an etch backport.

Incidentally, I have now successfully completed an etch backport of
nvidia-graphics-drivers 169.09-1. Besides build-depending on bzip2
I had to:
* rename the kernel source tarball back to nvidia-kernel-source.tar.bz2,
  otherwise the etch version of module-assistant won't find it;
* relax the version dependency of nvidia-glx on xserver-xorg-core:
  nVidia claim to support all Xorg from 6.7 onwards, so there is no
  obvious reason to require 2:1.4. For etch I changed that to 2:1.1.1.
  Remember to do this in debian/control.in, else it won't stick.
The latter change should be OK (harmless) even for lenny/sid.
