nvidia does not support non SSE CPUs in the 169 series driver.

I guess we have to make a 100.x series legacy package then since that is
the last driver series to support systems without SSE.  Of course I
don't think there are any models supported in 169.x that are not in
100.x which are not PCIe cards and no system with PCIe doesn't have SSE
so this should not cause any problems for people.
