[pkg-nvidia-devel] Complete set of 2.6.29 support patches

So here is a complete set of patches for all our releases.

The rules files are now consistent between all four and they all use
the same style of upstream_info and the like.

compat is set to 5 in all cases (4 is deprecated it seems).

96xx has to be updated to 96.43.11 and 71xx has to be updated to 71.86.09.

They all build with 2.6.29-1-686 and 2.6.29-1-amd64 and should build
with others as well.  71.86.xx required a small patch to build x86_64.
I wish nvidia would update the build files to be more like the newer
drivers since they already found and fixed the problem in all the newer
drivers.
