Doesn't build or doesn't work?  I certainly got it to build with 2.6.29
with some changes, but I did not test it yet.

We do have to update 71xx and 96xx to newer versions to build with 2.6.29,
so having to do the same with 173 wouldn't surprise me.  173 didn't need
to update to build though.
